At this lunch time meeting the speaker will be Bob Jordan who will talk about the Warwickshire Private Hospital charitable trust. Formerly the CEO of the Foseco group, he was for 10 years Chairman of Walsgrave Hospital and is now a trustee of Warwickshire Private Hospital. Living in Barford he takes an active part in local affairs and has been involved in the new playground and in the shop and Post Office which are locally run.

On Tuesday, February 28th, Warwick Mayor, Christine Cross, will set off local children in the annual pancake races organised by Rotary Club of Warwick. Children from local primary schools keep a tradition alive by racing in Warwick’s Market Square. Teams from 6 schools have entered this year and previous winners –Westgate School, are keen to hold on their trophies.
