Warwick Rotary Club recognises the Achievements of Young People. Our speakers are two sisters Ciara and Seanna Hamill from Kenilworth . They rose to the Challenge posed By Covid 19 and started their own company to produce hand sanitiser when it was in very short supply. Using their own initiative and showing great determination their story is quite inspirational. They will give us an update on their activities. The speaker at today's meeting will be Alison Sutherland PHF. Alison has been involved in Rotary for many years and was President of Cardiff Bay Rotary Club in 2014. She went on to become Chair of the Rotarian Action Group for Peace and is currently District Governor of District 1150. Club Lunchtime Meeting on Zoom
Our lunchtime meeting will be on Zoom and the main speaker will be Alison Sutherland, Governor of Parc Prison, Bridgend, Wales. Parc is a prison and Young Offenders Institution where they do a lot of work with the young people to re-train them and hopefully prevent them from re-offending. Club Weekly Zoom Meeting
The Warwick Rotary Zoom Meeting will be addressed by two speakers: Helen Smith, the founder of Evelyns Gift, will update the club on the latest position with this charity. Club Weekly Zoom Meeting
This week's Club Meeting will be addressed by Mr Matthew Watson, Head of Westgate School, Warwick. Westgate School was recently in the news alongside Warwick Rotary when a Peace Pole was erected at the school in their Peace Garden.
