Warwick Town Bonfire Organisers are finalising arrangements for Warwick Town Bonfire’s move to the racecourse this year on Saturday 4th November and are working closely with Warwick Racecourse to make sure this year’s show is better than ever. Gates open at 5pm and car parking is free. Youth Speaks – 2018
This annual Public Speaking competition is open to pupils from local schools and youth organisations. Regrettably last year's event had to be cancelled at the last meeting but this year the event, which has been running for very many years, is stepping up a gear and moving to a new venue, which not only provides an excellent facility for all the competitors but also has very good parking facilities close at hand. Come and keep a tradition alive - -we are looking for teams to come and race. On Tuesday, February 13th, Warwick Mayor, Cllr Stephen Cross, will set off local children in the annual pancake races organised by Rotary Club of Warwick. This year's Annual Schools concert will take place once again in the magnificent surroundings of St. Mary's Church, Warwick on Tuesday June 19th. Last Tuesday the 13th Midsummer Young People’s Concert was held in St Mary’s Church, Warwick. Organised by Warwick Rotary club and presented by Warwickshire Music, St Mary’s is an ideal location to make a “Big Noise”! Warwick Town Bonfire– Sat Nov 3rd Tickets are now on sale for this year’s annual Warwick Town Bonfire on Sat Nov 3rd at Warwick racecourse. Organisers Warwick Lions and Warwick Rotary Club have worked with Andre Klein, manager at Warwick Racecourse to make some changes and expand the event. Lights of Love Dedication Service
On Sunday 9th December, there will be a short dedication service held in the Warwick Market Square, at which all those whose names have been recorded on the Christmas Tree as part of the Lights of Love will be remembered.
