Last Sunday saw 25 members and partners enjoy Sunday Lunch at the Durham Ox. We were rewarded with lovely weather matched by a super meal, so lovely to be getting back to normal post Covid.
Then Secretary Jackie Crampton joined the gathering organised by the Leamington Polish Centre and met the nuns from St Josephs orphanage in Ukraine where we sent a generator and battery pack as well as 200 Easter eggs. It was an emotional moment for all, they said our help had actually saved lives and delivered HOPE – our Rotary theme for next year.
